When is your estimated ship date?

We are aiming for a ship date of February 2021 and we have a history of delivering on time or early for Kickstarters.

There are timeline, manufacturing, tariffs and distribution risks with this project; we believe that we’ve properly accounted for them and have included time and expenses for issues with manufacturing, shipping, and distribution. All of our dice are inspected twice before being sent to our customers.

We believe we’ve accounted for variables as it relates to this project, but shipping, customs and production delays may occur.

How do I select the dice I want?

After the Kickstarter funds, you’ll be able to select your dice through BackerKit.

Can I add to my pledge after the campaign ends?

We won’t be accepting additional pledges after the campaign ends, but you will be able to add additional sets through the pledge manager.

Can we buy these dice later?

It’s our goal to have all unlocked colors available for sale after the Kickstarter backers have been fulfilled. Most likely this will be in mid-2021.

How much is shipping?

Are the pictures of the dice real or concepts?

We wanted to address some of the questions about the dice pictures: the pictures provided of the dice are real and are not “concepts”.

However, in our edits, we missed specifically addressing that there is also “shimmer glitter” in all of the dice (which can be seen in the pictures provided).

Can I add additional dice sets to my pledge?

Yes, you can upgrade your pledge level during the campaign.

However, you can also overpledge during the campaign at $15 per dice set and spend that money on additional sets and add ons via BackerKit after the campaign ends.

You will also be able to add additional sets after the campaign ends via BackerKit.

How many Mystery Pins and Mystery D20's will I receive?

Each backer that pledged at the 2 Dice Set level or higher will receive one (1) mystery pin and one (1) mystery d20.

You will NOT receive one per dice set you pledged for ONLY one (1) of each total.

How many dice are in each set?

These are 11 piece dice sets - each set contains one d4, four d6, one d8, one d10, one d%, one d12, and two d20s with double-ax logo on the 20 positions.

How do I get the mystery pin and mystery d20 stretch goals?

If you pledged at the 2 dice set level or higher you will be automatically receiving one mystery pin and one mystery d20.

They are automatically added and you will not have to choose anything in the survey.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
